Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- All Sales are Final – Unless an Item was delivered damaged or if you received the wrong item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item + packaging
- We will resolve the issue immediately
We want all customers to receive perfect-quality items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered, we are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Mis-delivered packages due to incorrect address entered at checkout
